Ursula is your host and guide. She actively promotes cycling in her community, and used to be a part of Los Pingüinos, but has now struck out on her own as La Pingüina Suiza. She continues to rent excellent quality bicycles and guide tours in the San Cristóbal area as she has been doing since 1993.
